Shipping policy

Free shipping in the United States
Every order ships free to any address in the United States. There is no minimum order.

Processing time
We ship most orders within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Depending on availability, an item may ship from our secondary warehouse, which can add one business day.

Delivery time
Most packages are delivered within two to five business days from the order date. We use major US carriers and Amazon fulfillment services, chosen per order.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options and rates for addresses outside the United States, where available, are shown at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email info@konexusa.com with your order number and we will make it right.
