What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email info@konexusa.com and we will send you instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or wrong. We will make it right.

Where are the brushes made?
Our brushes are made by brush makers in Poland, Belgium, Germany and Georgia. The country of origin is listed on each product page.
